Teaching Approach using Microsoft Teams: Case Study on Satisfaction versus Barriers in Online Learning Environment

Abstract The current pandemic due to Covid-19 has affected most industries including education services. All universities in Malaysia were instructed close during the first Movement Control Order (MCO), however classes still going on some of universities. Most student’s learning time this period been added that them already spent at home since semester began without explicit face-to-face (FTF) instruction from lecturers. Meanwhile, lecturers are scrambling adapt with new situation and prepare suitable contents for an online platform. This study investigates problems challenges emerged when using platform, focusing Microsoft Teams application (Microsoft Teams), proposes a model teaching theoretical courses university. constructive survey is chosen as methodology data collected 154 undergraduate students analysed technique quantitative analysis. results discussed end, course via based successful outputs.
